Can I change the shipping address on an order?

Can I include a gift message with my orders?

Yes, on the cart page you will see an area below the shipping address that allows you to enter a gift message. This message will appear at the bottom of the order’s packing slip.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a refund and we can cancel order if within same day.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We offer shipping through USPS, DHL Expedited, and FedEx for your orders.
NOTE: Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Should your shipping address include a PO Box, please choose either a Flat Rate or a USPS option during checkout.
